Learn traditional American Slow and Low BBQ from one of the UKs most awarded Pit Masters, Sam Evans who has over a decade’s worth of experience in making BBQ. No previous experience is necessary. Everyone will enjoy a huge American BBQ feast at the end of class and will have gained a wealth of knowledge to be able to make perfect US BBQ at home.

Sam and Shauna will share the secrets behind their award-winning BBQ restaurant, Hang Fire BBQ.

Cancel up to 3 weeks before your class and receive a full refund. If you cancel less than 3 weeks before the class, you will be offered other class dates to reschedule.
